Homemade duck and chicken liver pate with a fresh cranberry and red onion marmalade served on a bed of
fresh seasonal leaves with plenty of warm toast.

Freshly made parsnip soup flavoured with chopped coriander and flaked snow crab served with
fresh bread from our own bakery.

Fresh mushrooms pan cooked with lean bacon strips and diced shallots, finished in white wine and cream
sauce, topped with a mixture of Lancashire cheese and fresh breadcrumbs baked golden brown.

Choice prawns, smoked Shetland salmon and Morecambe bay shrimps served with a crisp tossed
salad and a light lemon and chive dressing and fresh brown bread.

Pearls of seasonal melon and fresh berries with our own sorbet served on a mango puree
